All jewelry is handcrafted-to-order and will usually ship 1-2 weeks within receipt of order and payment.
Some intricate pieces, such as rings and brooches, may take longer... we'll contact you if your order will take more than two weeks.
Orders within the U.S. are shipped via UPS or FedEx ground (unless otherwise requested) insured at a flat rate of $10.00 per shipment. Please contact us if you require expedited shipping.
International orders are shipped Express Air at a flat rate of $30.00 per shipment.
8.25% sales tax will automatically be charged to California residents.
Space Mermaid jewelry is carefully packaged in a gift box; gemstone pieces come with a handpainted tag and customized card describing the special properties traditionally associated with the stones.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns for any reason within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Note: shipping costs are not refundable. For your protection, please send your return via an insured shipping method, as Space Mermaid is not responsible for returns that are lost in the mail. Returns made between 7 and 30 days of receipt of merchandise are eligible for store credit only.
